Conrad Bracht | Founder

Conrad started his career in tech, working in various sales roles before spending the past 5 years as an Enterprise Account Executive at leading companies like Square. Over time, as he was scaling his own real estate portfolio, he discovered his passion for real estate and realized he could help others do the same. This led him to start building Corsa Real Estate on the side before deciding to go full-time on the business in May 2025.

His focus is on building a repeatable, predictable, and scalable real estate investment firm - one that finds great opportunities and builds long-term partnerships that benefit everyone involved.

Dion Ruslim | Partner

Dion focuses on identifying, analyzing, and underwriting investment properties for Corsa. He works closely with agents, sellers, and partners to move transactions from offer to close. With a background in acquisitions and a strong understanding of what makes a deal work, Dion brings precision and reliability to every step of the process.

Christian Bracht | Acquisitions

Christian is studying Marketing at Pace University in New York City. Starting as an intern in September 2024, he has since taken on key responsibilities such as connecting with real estate agents and buyers, managing his own sales pipeline, and consistently exceeding key performance metrics. With a focus on efficiency, he has also contributed to automating systems to streamline workflows. Christian is excited about the opportunities of real estate and is committed to growing alongside Corsa.

Jenny Babe - Administrative Assistant

Jenny earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance, graduating in 2023. She built her initial experience as a Customer Service Representative for a major American telecommunications firm, honing her communication and problem-solving abilities. She then transitioned to a Real Estate Virtual Assistant role, applying her customer service skills to the real estate sector. Jenny has been dedicated to deepening her knowledge and skills in real estate while working with Corsa.

Oscar Roszko - Intern

Oscar is a senior at Pace University, currently studying Marketing, and supports Corsa’s acquisitions team as an intern. He engages with investors to understand their buying criteria and identify potential partnership opportunities. Oscar also builds relationships with real estate agents to source deals that align with Corsa’s investment strategies, including buy-and-hold, BRRRR, and fix-and-flip.
