Conrad Bracht | Founder

Conrad started his career in tech, working in various sales roles before spending the past 5 years as an Enterprise Account Executive at leading companies like Square and Snappy. Over time, as he was scaling his own real estate portfolio, he discovered his passion for real estate and realized he could help others do the same. This led him to start building Corsa Real Estate on the side before deciding to go full-time on the business in April 2025.

Because of his experience, Conrad offers a distinctive approach, leveraging his skills in negotiation, relationship-building, and market analysis. Conrad is dedicated to helping Corsa's clients and creating meaningful connections along the way.

Dion Ruslim | Partner

Dion thrives in the dynamic world of real estate. With a passion ignited by the ever-changing market trends and the thrill of negotiating deals, Dion found his niche where strategy meets opportunity. Whether it's scouting and underwriting for the perfect property, navigating the complexities of contracts, or working with agents on their deals, he's deeply committed to delivering results with integrity and enthusiasm. Beyond real estate transactions, he enjoys staying updated on market insights and networking with like-minded professionals.

Christian Bracht - Intern

Christian is an incoming junior at Pace University in New York City who began interning with Corsa in September 2024. Since then, he has taken on key responsibilities such as connecting with real estate agents and buyers, managing his own sales pipeline, and consistently exceeding key performance metrics. With a focus on efficiency, he has also contributed to automating systems to streamline workflows. Christian is excited about the opportunities of real estate and is committed to growing alongside Corsa.

Jenny Babe - Administrative Assistant

Jenny earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance, graduating in 2023. She built her initial experience as a Customer Service Representative for a major American telecommunications firm, honing her communication and problem-solving abilities. She then transitioned to a Real Estate Virtual Assistant role, applying her customer service skills to the real estate sector. Jenny has been dedicated to deepening her knowledge and skills in real estate while working with Corsa.
